Yingling becomes authorised service centre for Epic Aircraft

Yingling, which has been in business for 80 years, operates from a home base at Wichita Dwight D Eisenhower Airport in Kansas. 

Epic Aircraft has added Yingling Aviation to its network of authorised service centres.

The manufacturer of the E1000 line of single-engine turboprop aircraft said the move will create more maintenance opportunities for Epic operators in the Midwest.

“Epic Aircraft owners are now able to see Yingling’s customer-first capabilities and commitment to excellence in maintaining their aircraft to the manufacturer’s highest standards,” said Kerry Heiss, vice president of Sales and Marketing at Yingling. “We’re eager to earn their trust to protect and keep their aircraft flying.”

Yingling has provided airframe and engine routine inspections, major repairs, refurbishments, upgrades and modifications for owner-operators, corporate fleets, government and specialised aviation customers. Its maintenance team works on aircraft from single-engine piston to large business jets.

Gregg Fahrenbruch, who joined as CEO of Yingling earlier this year, was president of the University of Florida’s skydiving club and has a background training US Navy SEALs to become paratroopers.
